Is there a cancellation fee?

If an order has not been shipped and you cancel the order, there is not a fee. If an order has left our warehouse or you have received the merchandise, you will receive credit for the order less the freight and $20.00 if the order has a coat with it. There is no credit for orders that are accessories or pieces only. Through the months of April to August and the month of December, there is no credit given on any orders shipped.

Will my account close if I don't order a minimum amount each year?

No. We will not close your account if you don't place a certain amount of orders. If there is no activity on your account within two years, we will make your account inactive. When your account is inactive, you will not receive any updates or correspondence until we hear from you and you may be required to complete a new application before reactivating your account.

What holidays are you open?

We are open all holidays except New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve hours are 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.

Can I purchase Close out items without an account?

No. Our close out items are exclusively for our wholesale customers. In order to rent items or purchase close out items, you must have an account established with Paul Morrell Formal Wear.

Pricing Information

Do you give a free tuxedo to the groom?

No. With our low wholesale pricing, we cannot give a free tuxedo to the groom or one free for so many rentals. If you compare our prices, we are the same cost in some cases lower than what you pay for so many tuxedo and get one free.

Renting your Tuxedo or Suit

Is there a minimum order I have to place?

No. We understand sometime you just might need a vest or tie. There is no minimum orders required.
